Very profit focused, good years = good bonus WFH Lean and agile organisation Good roles can be very dynamic and challenging Recognised brand

People culture is at face value, there is no belief in leadership when they say our people are important. The inside joke is that their bonuses are important. Pay is below market Lean, sometimes you're doing the work of 2 resources Not open or transparent, leadership will often announce large scale changes unannounced without any change managemet
