Pros

Excellent hours in food service, the same customers everyday, and higher base pay than most companies will Provide in the hospitality industry.It's incredibly structured with high expectations. Standards are simply that and the demand to exceed those standards is very high. In this position you should expect to work and push the expectations of catering in the building you're assigned to.

Cons

The environment can become mundane. Sometimes you're forced to work with decisions set by senior management that contradict the standards you're expected to meet. Salaries are set at 40 hours per week but you better expect to work close to 60-70 hours a week.

Pros

Large Company and nice new "Google" like office.

Cons

Micro managing, no flex time/hours, incompetent management/director/executive team with high egos. Work overtime hours and produce superior results without any reward and make you feel like you are doing poorly. Extremely terrible work environment. Would never recommend and would never go back.

This company reminds me of Third World countries exploitation no employee discount no paid breaks no benefits no free anything not allowed to do anything, say anything, they steal our tip, our paid breaks in the manual they outline that we can get 2 paid rest breaks but we never do). They talk to you like you are a worthless piece of tinfoil, then harass you with their policies which invade your personal freedoms (ex: taking your fingerprints-is this the police or a low-end minimum wage job??-; telling you what to eat, when to eat and WHERE TO EAT on your UNPAID BREAKS. THIS IS A NO NO.
