      Free expired chips If you don't like your family, you won't have to see them anymore SMH

      Cons

      12-14 hour days Low pay considering hours worked They lie Heavy work Don't follow laws regarding gaurding pay or hours Guaranteed minimum is actually slightly under how much the route averages They "sell" you the job No life outside of work Barely time to eat and sleep Start at 3:30am and work until 3-5pm They care about bottom dollar not employees or customers Long drawn out online training that might as well be for a different company because none of it is true or how the company operates.

      Pros

      Weekends off is nice although I would take a quality working experience over time off any day. Benefits are ok if you qualify.

      Cons

      Corporate, regional and local leadership was disengaged, unavailable and/or otherwise disconnected. Highly unlikely that I'll ever work for this company again. Actually I couldn't imagine why I ever would Worst Human Resources possible as well
