      Pros

      They give you a pay check.

      Cons

      I hada disability and they were not accommodating. They also denied my disability claim several times as it is a self pay policy, which means the company reviews and paid the claim itself. I heard that a manger went on maternity leave and had a c-section. They denied her the additional 2 weeks off even after her doctor required it. They disregard labor laws.

      Messy, bad organisation, bad managment, no proper leadership, no way to get better job, drain you until you give up and leave. Also they allowed sexual harrasment "boys will be boys"
