      Pros

      Treat their employee well. Pay the salary on time to their employee. As i am working at one of the chain of compass group, so i don't have much to say about compass group.

      Cons

      Did not find much cons accept that the pay is considerable less to the amount of work employee do and also benefits is not appropriate.

      Pros

      A varied and exciting day to day job offering lots of challanges. lost of freedom to run your sector of the business as you see fit.

      Cons

      Poor salary for hours and work put in. no additional compensation for over achivment. achiving goals may get a bonus but over achiving has not additoinal rewards.

      the compensation package is great!! That is all.

      Cons

      The managers threaten and bully the employees, if you are going to work for Compass make sure you are in the union. The managers were expected to produce work 24 hours a day.
