Pros

-hardworking employees -reasonable pay -work can be very rewarding depending on the client at the site you work at -Opportunities for training and since the company is large, there is room for career advancement if you play your cards right

Cons

-Senior leadership can make the workplace stressful -Compensation to individuals held confidentially and someone junior than you may well be making more than you and you never know -Senior leadership so concerned about bottomline that they overwork employees -Benefits are mediocre -Bonuses do not trickle down to those who make money for the company
