      Pros

      Compass group are a good place to look for catering jobs because they have a lot of connections for good reange of jobs local and distant and are good with their turnover rate

      Cons

      sometimes their can be clashes in the placement witgh other employees but you just have to try and ignore them or change store locations for better working conditions

      Pros

      Some really nice, very hard working people who really do make a great team.

      Cons

      Poor pay - some of the staff are absolutely amazing and go beyond their call of duty but are unvalued and in some cases disrespected. High staff turnover, back stabbing, middle management do not care about staff only numbers, very disorganised. I know of at least four others, including myself, looking for other work.
