Professional Management. Training provided. Reasonable Benefits. Good to Excellent Clients. Working environment is nice (depending on client). Decent product. As a director you are allowed to run your department. Good company for a self-starter

Cons

No Raises. Difficult to move bad managers off account. Regional VP have too much power and are either overwhelmed by the scoop of the job or unable to plan - Does not offer cost of living salary increases - your salary is based on the performance of the entire account. If you department exceeds expectations and the rest of the department do not - you will not get a raise.
