      Pros

      Good perks and benefits if you are on the correct grade. I found the people help make the environment and that was definitely the case at Compass.

      Cons

      If you are not on the correct grade for your experience, you are not entitled to the good benefits. The general issue with working for large companies where your voice can get lost in the crowd is apparent.
