Exposure to large, creative group of professionals across other accounts.

Cons

True "goals" not honestly identified. Rewarded for inappropriate business behavior...focus not on operational success, but purchasing as much product from vendors that "perk" corporate. They allow food cost to go much higher than standard, at the cost of labor required to meet client needs. Rewards come from playing the numbers, not successful operational numbers.
