Pros
I worked at the Toronto Zoo location so it was a little different than a typical job. The managers within the restaurants I worked in were ok for the most part, but I really liked our head site bosses. Unfortunately after I left one of them passed away and the other is retiring this year. It was a fun atmosphere with a young staff, and there was always lots to do in a day because the restaurants were so busy.
Cons
The hourly rate was very low. After working there for 8 years in total, and after 3 promotions (finally to a Supervisor title), I only made $13.25/hour. Minimum wage at that time was $11.25 for reference. That was the biggest con for me.
