Pros

Ability to work in many different areas across the Aviva Stadium. It's everything you'd expect from a part-time retail/hospitality job

Cons

Short breaks, impersonal nature of the workplace, micro-managing, managers can have little to no appreciation of subordinate creativity.

Pros

steady hours and solid scheduling, at least in the coffee shop you knew your hours were the same every week. some other people in the kitchen did not experience this. once training was over, there was minimal oversight - was good for me because i had 5+ years experience, but was bad for less experienced people.

Cons

little to no flexibility with hours or time off. management extremely rude about sick days even with a doctor's note. minimal oversight, which was good for me personally but the other barista made horrible coffee and no one cared
