Pros

Respectable Pay with respectable status for the role.

Cons

Way too many layers of management with constant e-mails and communications. They make it all way too difficult. There are a lot of training materials available online, but they are so poorly communicated that learning from them is not only tedious but uninspiring. Processes are constantly changing, and it would seem these changes come from people who merely need to justify their existence...Way too much tape...

Pros

I only really stayed because the pay was alright for high schoolers.

Cons

Management was terrible. They had not one clue what they were doing. It was very unorganized. Favoritism was practiced a lot with the higher ups. Overworked and under appreciated in general. 10/10 do not recommend.
