Poor structure for progression unless senior management. Felt like since the Solihull office was introduced, the Rowley office was almost abandoned, the workshop wasn’t fixed after countless promises to fix it. Only had an exit interview - never had real opportunities to voice my opinion to management as no one was ever in the Rowley office or around to atleast her employee feeeback. The workshop is outdated at Rowley, no work has been done.
