      Probably the best employer in the home improvement (DIY) retail space. Good extra benefits and bonuses.

      Salary is not bad but it does not compete with other employers in big cities.

      Pros

      great work colleagues, hard work and missions impossible every week that simply make you tougher, some trainings were ok (before kingfisher took over the company)

      Cons

      terrible management - some managers are simply uneducated lol , poor salary, bad atmosphere on some departments, little chance for development
