Limited Salary Growth: One notable drawback during my time at Castorama was the limited salary growth opportunities. Over the two-year period, I received only one minor salary increase, which amounted to approximately $80 per month. This lack of significant salary adjustments did not align with my expectations for financial progress. Lack of Career Advancement: Despite expressing a keen interest in career growth and development from the outset, I found that there were limited opportunities for advancement within the company.
