      Yeah, exactly. It's a good job for older people, without higher education, or just people without higher education. It also have good benefits but you can earn them after 6 months from the start.

      Cons

      But if you want to learn something, change your position from junior to leader.. it's almost impossible for common employer. You have to live good with the most powerfull people in the company cause if you don't.. then.. well good luck. There's a lot of stress and hardwork I've seen examples of stalking, very bad behaviour between employees, gosspis, plots.. it shouldn't take place.
