Non Technical Managers directly fires you and even HR has an tie ups with them. HR will not even listen to your reasons. Non Technical Managers call you on Saturday's and Sunday's and ask the work status and they build unnecessary pressure on your personal life. Non Technical Managers assigns work to you considering Saturday and Sunday as your working days. NOTE : I was working in the project named PLEIADE and I am sharing my experience based on it. It may happen that Capgemini might be a good company.
