Pros

All the agile projects are grouped under Agile Development Center. Agile way of development is very admirable in Capgemini. All the scrum ceremonies are followed properly taking into account employees work life balance. No unplanned adhoc calls/meetings by manager. Strictly adhere to work timings.

Cons

Non-agile projects are not much recommended, there is no skill growth. No proper leave policy like casual and paid leaves.

- People oriented - Nice office - Building a network is simple and fun with the organization - Nice support for the new joiners to the industry

Cons

- It is required to be really pro-active to have a grate success within the company.
