      Pros

      - Diversity of projects - technical people work on different sectors/accounts - Good senior management - know what they want and where we're going - Work/Life Balance - working from home is possible, business supportive of personal circumstances - Good opporunities for junior to mid-level grades to work on big systems / new technology

      Cons

      - You can get sent to anywhere in the country like most consultancies - Little international focus - unlikely to work across borders - Senior positions require less technical focus - Middle management is awful - delegation rules - Some good Enterprise Architects but the majority are very poor technically.

      Good working environment Very good professionalism among employees. Very helpful team approach

      Cons

      Senior management wont recognize the work that is performed by the employees, most of the times since they look at the profit not the hard job that a person does. Management of employees personnel life with work life is pretty difficult due to the higher management's cost cutting decisions... in a poor manner. There wont be meetings, conducted to get the feedback of employees on anything.. Your feedback wont get recognized most often.

      *You will get a lot of relevant experience very quickly *You will get exposure with upper management *You will have the opportunity to interact with the client frequently *It is possible that you get to travel internationally

      Cons

      *The people who do a good job are rewarded with more work *Achieving a balance between work/play is not encouraged *You are expected to be "plugged in" all the time, even on vacation *20% of the people do 80% of the work
