Pros

Pays good compensation, if you are really among wanted list on hot technologies. Hierarchy and structure of organization well defined. Client base is good across US and UK and Europe.

Cons

Some ppl spend days and night for work and weekend too. Some ppl come to office for about 5 hours a day. Lots of processes all the time - whether you need a laptop or need expenses reimbursed. Very less long term onsite opportunities especially for US region (This is particular to specific business unit). Company does not file H1 visas. Lesser transparency with other units or higher level management, events, happenings.
