      work, work, work with very low pay.

      Pros

      the Option to work from home-or remotely can be helpful when kids are sick or planning a trip out of town. Flexible working hours. great ice machine.

      Cons

      the pressure to not take time off of more than a day at a time. low pay. was told maximum pay was 10% less than my minimum. wonder if this is standard offering. no sick leave pay if hours can be "made up" (work later or on weekend)

      Pros

      Benefits are phenominal. Great office atmosphere. Excellent opportunities for community involvement. Structured workplace environment. Recognition for a job well done.

      Cons

      Management (corporate) is unaware of your workload. Individual knows more about how to do their job than immediate supervisor. When employees file formal complaint, HR does not do their research before acting on complaint. Employees are underpaid (Troy is considered a "low-cost center"). Employees are not given enough time to complete job, but are denied charging overtime. No structure when implementing new system.

      Pros

      Flexible work hours , work from home option is good Most of the managers are not rigid and open for listening to its resources Salary revisions are OK

      Cons

      Promotions suck you , on average you need to wait for 5-6 years for promotions Lots of things are not process driven but they are people driven Lots of control from Canadian management, the offshore management does not have much control over the project management they merely act as resource managers Work life balance in India is not good
