there are some very talented individuals with strong technical abilities. CACIB benefits from a very strong FI platform offering robust systems for pricing, trading and designing derivatives. CACIB brand is recognised as a derivative FI house for many years, making it easy to engage clients. CACIB boasts a presence all over the world offering the chance for a true international career. the pressure to perform is there, but the gauntlet is never as near as it is in other competing houses.

poor people management is aggravated by the consistent below market remuneration. Management is unable to offer strategy, offer a sense of ownership and encourage entrepreneurship. Talented individuals are left without a chance of progression thanks to a system of cronyism which favourites in more cases than none undeserving french staff as team leaders or managers. the constant reorganisations and lazy management has left the group stuck in neutral gear.
