      Generally a good organisation to be part of

      -people are generally very nice and helpful -many events organised to promote work life balance -promotes internal transfers (even across entities)

      Cons

      -Salary increment is minimal every year -Bonus is not as competitive to other Organisations -very aggressive approach on Project side which over burdens the both the project team and contributors
