      Pros

      Reasonable work and hours. Good facilities. Good colleagues.

      Cons

      Management not in sync with employee strengths and talents. Some favoritism. Promotion mostly based on connections than skills.

      Pros

      Excelent team atmospher across all functions. pay is good. you're rewarded for your successes and given mastery over your projects. Flexible work environment is great.

      Cons

      Engineering BU managers tend to put their budget ahead of top-line growth. Also, yes, the work environment is flexible, but there have been instances when mgmt. "checks up" on their team to see if they've been coming in or if they've been working remotely. I have yet to see any disciplinary actions taken for working remotely too often.
