      Great new facilities, but career advancement an issue

      Pros

      Cares about employees, great facilities (cafeteria, fitness center, restaurants close by), good technical learning, great for new university hires, and for people who want to dive deep

      Cons

      Some politics for an organization of this size, career advancement an issue, job rotation is an issue. Communication and ownership unclear in some parts of the organization

      Flexible working time. Historical good bonus program. Leading product lines. Good engineering lab support. Good onsite gym.

      Cons

      No vision. Office politics. Do not focus on technology.

      Pros

      A good number of A players to learn from. Many chances to make an impact. No fat, small groups, lots of variety in work. Good people. Great HW Engineering. CTO very funny.

      Cons

      CEO warned not to expect bonuses, said "they are not entitlements". Executives ask for employees to give up raises, bonuses, then give themselves raises and bonuses. Some of us have seen no raises in 3yrs. Good people leaving.
