Fantastic leadership and growth opportunities
Pros
Boomi's upward growth trajectory coupled with the nature of the fast-growing cloud integration category, paired with inspirational leadership have all made this an incredible place for me flourish in my career. Having been working in tech since '99, I have been on different sides, working with large corporate entities (with lots of process and red tape) to start-ups. I believe Boomi has the culture, energy and ability to pivot and remain agile nicely situated in the middle where we have PE backing and a first-rate global corporate structure, married with the fire, drive and fun of a growing tech company. Team wise I feel we're all in this together even on a fast growth curve and people are supportive and kind here.
Cons
Nothing glaring to speak of that isn't a challenge a company faces as it grows. As we have been building new infrastructure elements as an independent entity it requires patience and understanding - but none of that is out of the ordinary on this growth track as it is textbook change management.
