Pros

Doing good for skilling India. Good brand value. Good future plans.

Cons

Senior managers coming from small level industries and spreading across the same work culture. Managers threatening employees to fire if employees have different opinions or different work styles.

Pros

Excellent benefits packages: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k, 100% tuition reimbursement for continuing education, 2 week holiday break for Christmas/New Year, competitive salaries, exciting programs

Cons

Promotion budget is always slim, only a set # of employees can advance each year. But hiring budget is separate. So they will hire someone brand new, fresh out of school, no experience, before they will promote from within. Also, compression issues exist. New hires making more $ than existing employees at the same level.

Pros

Maybe brand name. Honestly, not much since this company has gone through so many scandals and irresponsible behaviors.

Cons

I was part of the Boeing rotational program for finance back then. I honestly did not tell this story during my time there for fear of retaliation. The co-workers that worked there were ex-military and extremely white male dominated. I was one of two minorities on that floor at the time. It was terrible. There was very little training and guidance and the systems were outdated. They even resorted to data entry and printing out documents at that time. I remember that one of the roles that I needed to do was highlight a stack of 200 pages of information and then report on them. When suggestions of optimizing the process came up, I was yelled out. If it wasnt done the way that that manager wanted, she would lash out and verbally harass me. To this day, I wish I spoken to HR on this toxic workplace. Avoid at all costs this location in Fairfax. I have countless other examples of this behavior as well. Another example was how the manager blocked my move into another division in which I had done and built good connections for. If you are not white and male, it is tough to survive in this toxic environment.
