Business Outlook

Pros

-Some opportunity to work across different aircraft platforms and gain different experiences. -Training opportunities are generally good. -Mostly good work life balance and work from home opportunities. -Good travel opportunities when business needs require on-site support.

Cons

-Minimal design experience, effectively become system integrators getting the designs of others onto aircrafts. -Career progression/promotions are constantly pushed back by middle management, causing skilled engineers to move teams or leave the business. -A lot of staff movements and restructuring going on in the business at the expense developing core skill groups and procedural improvements.
