      Pros

      The benefit used to be good. Now it is OK. It is good to work there for a couple of years and move on. Don't stay there too long.

      Cons

      The people who got promoted in the recent years are not very good people. Technically they are not strong and personality wide they are either zero or negative.

      Pros

      Great offices, good investment by the company in infrastructure, support given to some employees is outstanding. Salaries tend to be better than average and benefits package is very good.

      Cons

      The 'Bloomberg Way' is never explained, just referred to. Your face fits or it doesn't. Senior managers are given too much freedom to be petty and antagonistic if that is their way.
