Smart and intelligent people. Young and 'can-do' attitude. Good culture tends to instill sense of pride in working for world's largest asset manager.

Cons

Work life balance is very poor. Long work hours are expected at all times. Sense of organization is low since the firm has grown very big in a very short time.
