      Pros

      Work experience. You get to meet people from all walks of life, some of them you'd never imagine working with, but it enriches your career if you know how to control yourself.

      Cons

      Compensation policy. Once approved for a new position, your wage won't immediately increase. It can take up to 2 years before getting paid what has been promised during the hiring process. Most people are unsatisfied, but don't leave the company due to family commitments.

      * Paternal culture * Lower salary compared to competitors * No international career opportunities * Big-company problems, like bureaucracy * +85000 employees - very unsatisfying about being one of many
