      * One of the Big Four banks in Brazil, the others being Banco do Brasil, Itaú Unibanco and Santander Brasil. * Traditional, well-known brand in Brazil * Solid bank with a huge base of customers

      Cons

      * Paternal culture * Lower salary compared to competitors * No international career opportunities * Big-company problems, like bureaucracy * +85000 employees - very unsatisfying about being one of many

      Pros

      Great co-workers, including management. Friendly atmosphere. It feels like a second family. Compensation is outstanding (401K, medical, dental insurance)! They even pay for your school, MBA, courses, etc.

      Cons

      The only con I have about Banco Bradesco in New York-NY is that the salary is below market.
