Pros

Not a bad place to work, if you don't mind getting paid pennies.

Cons

Front office compensation is about 50% of street norm. The bank is so stingy that the more money you make, the more angry you become b/c you have no stake in that money. The bank is the last one to pay and the first one to cut. It has an excuse for not paying every year. Avoid this employer if you have other choices.
