      Salaries are *very* low but good place to learn.

      Pros

      - Good analytics easily accessible to developers/users through Excel. - Good place to learn financial products. - Relaxed environment with average working hours - Good canteen - People are nice and supportive - Pension is a bit better compared to other banks.

      Cons

      - Graduate pay is reasonably good (only in first year) - Further pay is *bad*. Bonuses are minute (even in front office IT), No perks. - Internal moves are suicidal. - No prospects for career develoment. - Managers tend to steal the limelight. - French speaking front office (hard to network with front office).

      Pros

      - good salary, employee benefits - company reputation - stable work, if you have the chance to get hired

      Cons

      they have "an army of interns" to exploit, prolonging internships from 6 month to 1 year and a half, with no particular interest in hiring them afterward; during the internship they assign intern-specific well defined tasks, instead of being focused on training them for the analyst profile, thus, after spending 1 year as an intern you may well be not suitable for an analyst position.

      Was given an internship thanks to stringpulling. It dealt with midsize companies financial analysis in paris HQs.

      Pros

      The work environment was quite nice to work in, people were helpful and you could alway ask them for info.

      Cons

      Other analysts did not really care about you (damn silly intern who was here only because of stringpulling but could not do anything to offset this stringpulling). Also suffered they from an inferiority complex, always feeling looked down at only because you graduate from a top-tier school. The company also has not a "sexy image".
