      - entrepreneurial - friendly though professional colleagues - dedication of the staff - very sociable working hours - good for the learning curve

      Cons

      - head office in Brussels has a tight control of its foreign branches (via centralised systems and approval committees) - same head office is not up to scratch to act as an equally professional counterpart - promotion can be difficult when you are not a native French speaker from head office - bonus compensation is well below market - very political at the more senior levels, hence not a meritocracy
