      -Stable environment -Lots of time off -Cafetaria plan -Work from home 50%

      -Not the environment for ambitious people -Still a lot is higher management to be made redundant -Massive pay gap between young and old for the same job -Keeps the staff who want to leave (on pension). Doesn’t reward the younger generation who want to do the work properly.
