Interesting work. Nice offices. Good employee benefits.

Cons

While it's a large organisation, it is poorly coordinated and acts more like many small chaotic companies than one well oiled machine. ANZ senior management team like to restructure on an annual basis with many top performers departing suddenly and under mysterious circumstances. On a global level, people are a large focus, however at an ANZ level people are treated very much as a disposable commodity.

Can do bare minimum and stay employed (this is a con if your a hard worker) Advanced opportunities still don't pay well. Corporate oversight makes it extremely difficult to get approval on necessary projects, or beneficial projects. Flat raises last 2 years no matter if you've gone above and beyond both years.
