Pros

Decent pay and benefits ok

Cons

This company has no continuity or consistency when it comes to the customer. Customers never know if someone new is going to walk through their doors. Territories are always changing. Company does not listen or ask as to whats working or not working in the field. I don't know many happy folks here, and several have little or no job satisfaction. Several ready to jump ship. Unattainable expectations for those in the field. Management never wants to assume any accountability or responsibility, always pointing the finger on someone else..

Pros

Benefits are okay. San Antonio office is located around good places to eat for lunch.

Cons

Very unprofessional environment. Company does not practice what it preaches...doesn't follow core values. In fact does not have values. There is no teamwork only dog eat dog mentality. Employees at San Antonio office are so unprofessional with their office drama. Company treats contractors with little respect. There is a great deal of politics involved and to succeed in this company you need to brown nose the managers. It's a high school environment in an office setting. There is no work-life balance and managers do not care.

Pros

Nice facility, in-house gym, mandatory ergo assessment of each work station. Work-life balance is good for most positions. Organic garden - if you like gardening you can plant your own vegetables there.

Cons

Slow: too many meetings, too few decisions. People are discouraged to speak up their technical mind, if this is not "politically" correct at a particular moment. I can never figure out what politics have to do with science. Being pro-active is not a good thing here. Everything is solved on a reaction basis: deal with it when it happens, do not bring bad news ahead of time and try to solve "non-existing" problems! As in many other companies the management does not want to hear about problems. They want solutions! But how do you solve an issue if you do not want to acknowledge that it exists? Especially if you need other people on board to help you solve that issue. Tough! If you work very hard, management will keep putting more work on your plate and constantly point out not what you have accomplished, but what you did not. On the other hand if you push back and slack off - that is OK too: management will let you be and later when your work does not get done they will cover for you (what a nice benefit for lazy people we have here!). Since the management did not want to deal with your laziness they feel obliged to cover their own incompetency.
