Good pay. Decent benefits overall

Cons

Extremely toxic environment that breads a culture of survival rather than growth and value add. Work offers little to no value and don't expect to break away from the norm or try something new, the survivors will come after you. Leadership seems clueless and also probably doesn't care as the business relies on it's ability to be a monopoly in the industry.

There are med device companies that are so much more internally innovative, care more about putting out quality products at launch, and care more about their employees. It actually offended me that they won SWE awards as a good place for women to work. It is not.
