People who want to work as a flatterer of Indian management in Diagnostic division, for them this is a good company. People who do not think about customer are best fit.

Cons

- Incompetent people loves to stay here by pleasing the bosses, they know that as per the policy, they can not be thrown out if boss is happy - Due to growth and promotions of incompetent people, they again want the same from their team. -Hence multiple divisions are offered for acquisition and other divisions are really in bad shape - Customer never loves to buy BD product -Complete Diagbostic division of India is managed like Dictatorship by director.
