Pros
-Subsidized breakfast meals so you can save money - instrumentation - you can learn about their instruments and apply what you study in school
Cons
- HOSTILE work environment, Chinese lady in Formulations yell at new hires who have been trained only for a few days, totally unacceptable in ANY workplace (she complains about new hires who barely just started and who just learned how to fill out forms that they are slow while having the knowledge that they are still in training) - coworkers reprimands harshly when it’s your first time learning new things, like in some toxic cultural place, they literally will throw insults and not constructive criticisms and pass judgments and tell on other coworkers about it -jokes in the job a lot (not professional) - for academic professionals, better work elsewhere, people like to keep it equal for their trade or skilled workers and again not welcome graduates
