Where to start??? My review is for the Cleveland Ohio location but based on BDs dismal response to events I imagine the entire company is horrible. Cleveland location is run by a handful of incompetent people who have godlike complexes. Bossy, pushy and lazy as f best describes their attitude towards fellow employees. You’re job is at their whim and they will dictate everything you do down to when and where you can use the bathroom. Don’t worry though there’s not enough staff to get things done so expect to have a college degree and be sweeping floors or unloading trucks even though that’s not what you were hired for. Like I said they’re just so lazy. Want to experience work place violence and have BD DO NOTHING???? This is the place for you. Employee threatened other employees with violence even charging and chasing after another employee. What does the management do??? Nothing. “Making the numbers “ as the plant manager says is more important than having a hostile environment. Got plans on Saturday???? Not anymore. Mandatory overtime often told to you on Friday afternoon. They don’t care. The numbers are more important. Don’t waste your time here. Much better places to work.

Incapable management waiting for retirement day. Many wrong people for the job without good leadership. Boring and cheapskate canteen food. APAC senior mgt treated themselves as privilege group while the rest are nothing but workers. Many redundant layers of management and bureaucracy. Lack of career opportunity. HR is redundant. Outdated mindset.
