      Pros

      -Work / life balance can be good, the place clears out before 6PM and many people work from home a lot -Pay is about average for the industry -Company's mission is very meaningful

      Cons

      -Pace is VERY slow, processes are really broken for such a large company. Who knows how things will change with the Carefusion merger -Limited career development options, especially if you are not connected to the right senior leaders

      Market leader with brand heritage, an easy place to be in sales in front of customers.

      Cons

      Inside the company is a closed shop. Limited room for progression due to flat management structure. A lot of needless and pretentious training mandatory.

      Pros

      It's hard to find a pro for a company that has ridiculously low salaries, over works the employees, and has more politics than any other company I have worked for.

      Cons

      - Leadership team is very buddy and known for laying off employees that don't do exactly they say - Promotions are scarce if you aren't american - Hate to say it, but the company participates in religious discrimination. On multiple occasions, I felt uncomfortable because managers were discussing their opinions on my religion.
