      Pros

      I have worked for small, medium and large companies and hands down BD offers the best training that I have ever had. They provide a detailed plan for the first 90 days and multiple trainers and teams to help you get acclimated. I have been very impressed, and I am excited to continue my training.

      Cons

      The only con is that there is a lot of information to learn and different applications where information is stored, so sometimes you have to toggle back from one application to another to get the information that is needed. This happens with most companies and is not unique to BD.

      Easy to follow, everything very well explained, from the trainings to the process of setting up everything for the new job.

      Cons

      The trainings are a bit long and time consuming, but with a lot of very important information
