Benefits, vacation time and thats about it

Cons

Management expects perfection when they are no where near. It's all do as I say, not as I do. My Supervisor barely could do their own job let alone mine. No regard for hard working and loyal employees.

The people are amazing, really supportive of each other.

Cons

Middle management is so thick you can't see through it. Decisions take ages to make. Very VERY political climate. Promotions are unheard of and everyone is concerned with how things look or how everyone FEELS than doing their job or rewarding talent
