Corporate research and development center in Research Triangle Park, NC. Good location near freeway off-ramp. Four miles from RTP Airport. Nice campus. On site cafe with good meals and prices. Extensive library with research librarian. Very sharp, educated, diverse yet friendly workforce. Depending on hiring manager, once you're invited to interview you're almost hired.
Cons
Probably easier to get job through a recruiter than going direct. Usually great difference between posted job description and what you'll actually be doing (but usually for the better). Try to nail down their exact duties and expectations.
