Fantastic people who are more interested in accomplishing organizational goals and helping others rather than purely pursuing their own self-interest. Reasonable work-load expectations, and the ability to truly grow at your own pace.

Hard Working People and Lack of Vision from higher Management

Pros

There is a lot of good and hard working people that care about the company. Normal benefits from the company (401k, medical insurer, etc..)

Cons

Focused only on Manufacturing of product instead of improving process quality to reduce waste and improve efficiency. They have a lot of scrap and rework and don't seem to care. Management reluctant to changes and new ideas. Lack of support from Management to implement ideas and change of culture. Changing process do not last due to absence of Management support. Promotes "point finger" confrontation and not a culture of problems solutions and root cause analysis.
