Very nice campus. Free parking. Good food served in the cafe. Nice workout gym. Superb on-site holiday party.

Cons

Leaders have been there so painfully long, they have little clue to what the outside world and industry really does and could care less. They want to remain in their Ben Franklin state of environment. And, some of the leaders have been there as long as Ben Franklin and likely are related. Their idea of creativity is putting cream into their coffee.

Leadership split on key issues- only take issue on hand- if they can win, otherwise employee has to handle tough issues

Cons

- FDA regulated, so very bureaucratic - Decisions take a long time to be made and then aren't communicated clearly - Management won't examine the underlying causes of poor departmental performance. - Management rewards optimism over competence.
