Good benefits, plenty of breaks for a factory job, and doesn't micromanage. The work is pretty safe and not too hard.

Cons

Long hours and mandatory overtime. Not everyone has a strong work ethic and management is pretty lax on disciplinary action.

decent pay if you are young and starting out.

Cons

Managers are putting out fires as opposed to working toward prevention of problems, and very poor communication through the ranks. Archaic computer systems that hinder progress, and terrible scheduling also cause many problems.They brag about being honest, when they are very deceptive in reality. I would not recommend them at all.
