      Congenial environment, focused on keeping staff up-to-date on field training, interested in thoughts and inputs of all levels of staff

      Cons

      This is a very rural location which may be a pro or con for you - there is not a lot of industry nearby, no real cultural opportunities, not a lot of restaurants, limited number of stores and public transportation is non-existent.

      The company always does the right thing and stands by its values. Very competent leadership. Great work culture. Poised well to play a very significant role in the US Healthcare industry and global health.

      Cons

      As with any big company, sometimes, the pace seems a bit slower. However, the company is on its way to become more nimble and fast paced.
